Cancellation conditions

The cancellation right due to § 18 par. 1, line 10, is not applied, because the General Terms and Conditions of Hotel Industry are valid: AGBH 2006

Abstract of the General Terms and Contidions of Hotel Industry:
5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral
declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being
liable to pay a cancellation fee.

5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation
Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.

Prepayment

After receiving booking a prepaymant of 50 % becomes due within 4 business days. We transmit in our confirmation the amount payable and the date of payment.

The final payment has to be occured latest two weeks before arrival!

We kindly ask you to pay the outstanding balance CASH. We do not accept any credit cards.

Check-Out: 10 a.m.
If you arrive later than 8 p. m., please give us a message/call.

Pets

We kindly ask for understanding, if we do not accept any pets.

Travel Insurance

Something always can happen. Why don’t you effect a travel cancellation insurance? We suggest the "Europäische Reiseversicherung".
